We’ve worked in customer communication across the Nordics for more than 20 years – in product, sales and customer success. The question we always got was: what was it worth? iQub is the answer.
Why we’re building this
“Customer data scattered across separate systems. Channels that don’t talk to each other. And no one who really knows what the communication is worth.”
The answer couldn’t be yet another layer on top. It had to sit at the core: one profile per customer, intelligence that has the next suggestion ready, and one number everything is measured against. That’s why we’re building iQub in Norway, on data the customer owns – with consent on the profile and approval in human hands.
